The Waikiki Park Heights is a totally secure building, with keyed elevator and 24 hour security personnel. It has an outdoor pool with sundeck area, lounge chairs, patio tables and chairs with umbrellas, surfboard storage (with height restriction) bike and moped parking (at no charge), parking, coin operated washers & dryers), smoke free units, lanais with table & chairs. Hawaii's well known Hy's Steak House Restaurant is also on the property.

Advanced reserved fee based parking is offered based upon availability.
